SHIPPING FAQ 

Order Processing Time: Currently we are taking 2-5 days to process and ship all orders. 

Shipping Days:  Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, depending on the time of day the order is received. Public holidays may affect this by an extra 24 hours. 

Order Tracking: A tracking number for your shipment is available by request. 

Domestic Australian Shipping 

All items are shipped via Australia Post mail service and courier partners. Most orders are shipped from our warehouse in Forest Glen, Queensland. This typically takes 3-4 days to arrive depending on your distance from our warehouse. Final delivery times may vary due to road closures and holidays. Overnight/express shipping is available by request. 

My Package is Lost or Stolen: 

Unfortunately, Ayurvedic Alchemy is not responsible for stolen or lost packages. While we make all reasonable attempts to recover your item(s) this cannot be guaranteed. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address if additional orders are made). We will work with you to solve the issue. 

My Package is Damaged: 

Unfortunately, Ayurvedic Alchemy is not responsible for any packages damaged in transit. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to info@ayurvedicalchemy.com.au.
