RETURNS
Our customer service team is currently working Monday to Friday 8-4 PM AEST. We will respond to your questions as soon as we can during our office hours. We typically respond within 24 hours during the weekdays.
Returns for full priced items:
We are happy to process a return or exchange. Items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of when the customer receives their order. Customers can request the following:
(A) Full refund to original payment method
(B) Exchange for another item
Items not eligible for returns:
1) Any items purchased using a discount code (promo code) or sale and clearance items. These are all final sale items.
2) Personal health and beauty products (tongue cleaners, lip balms, massage oil, nasal oil)
3) Any products that have been opened or the safety seal is broken.
4) Any products with missing, torn, or open packaging.
KEY RETURNS INFORMATION
1 - Shipping costs are NOT refundable.
2 - Items Must be Returned in Original Condition: To be accepted as a return, items must be in the same condition at sale. This is considered unused, unwashed, unaltered, untested, etc... with the original packaging intact. If the product has a tag or label, these must be in place.
3 - The Return Shipping Cost Is Covered by Customer: The customer agrees to return the returnable goods for a refund to the original form of payment and the customer is responsible for payment of shipping cost for the returnable goods.
4 - The Goods Must be Packed Securely: The customer must pack the returnable items securely and use a shipping service with tracking as Ayurvedic Alchemy is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. If returned items arrive broken, Ayurvedic Alchemy will not be able to accept the return. Please ensure to wrap breakable items in protective packaging. We suggest taking photos of the goods prior to dispatching them.
If you wish to initiate a return, or an exchange, please email customer service within 7 days of arrival of order at info@ayurvedicalchemy.com.au. Be sure to include your order number. You will be contacted by one of our customer service team members within 48 hours of email receipt.
