For Full Body Massage (Abhyanga):

1. Warm the oil bottle in a bowl of hot water for 5 minutes
2. Apply oil generously to your entire body
3. Start at your feet and massage upward toward your heart using circular motions on joints and long strokes on limbs
4. Leave on for at least 20 minutes to allow absorption
5. Shower with warm water (soap optional)

For Bath Use:
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a warm bath and soak for 15-20 minutes.

Pro tip: Practice this ritual in the morning before your shower for an energizing start, or in the evening for deep relaxation.

Massage Oils: 6-12 months when stored in a cool, dry place 

Teas: 12 months in an airtight container 

Bath Salts: 12 months when kept dry 

Soaps: 12 months 

Candles: No expiration 

Lip Balms: 12 months

Always check for changes in smell, texture, or appearance. Natural products may separate or change slightly over time—this is normal.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they've been delivered by Australia Post.
